13 years in and I’m still in love with this “job” of mine. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a whole lot of work—late nights, editing when I need to be sleeping, freezing my fingers off in winter sessions, sweating through summer ones, replying to what feels like 847 texts a day… all while juggling mom life and a 9-5.

But even on the days when I just want to crawl into bed and never look at Lightroom again, I remember the 17 year old girl in this photo who thought she could NEVER have her own photography business and I think about how truly lucky I am. I remember that I get to make memories, laugh way too much, and call it work. How freaking cool is that?

So, am I tired? Sometimes. But am I so insanely grateful for each and every one of you and the opportunity you’ve given me?

Absolutely.

This was her dream. Our dream. And somehow, I’m actually living it—messy bun, alani in hand, Taylor Swift playing in the background while I edit and all ✨🤘🏼

Normally, these are just for my senior rep team—but I have recently changed it up! If you booked me as your senior photographer OR if you do book with me, these are for you! These are themed or styled mini sessions I’ll be hosting throughout the year—and they are totally FREE (unless we go somewhere with an entry fee). Think fun group vibes and cute individual shots too!

Here’s the info: ✨ You’ll get 5–10 (minimum!) edited photos
✨ Sessions are usually 1–2 hours depending on how many girls come
✨ You’ll meet new friends + have a blast
✨ These are meant to be FUN and stress-free

June 15: Fourth of July Session 🇺🇸

August 6: Summer Beach Party ☀️🏖️
December 7: NYE Session 🍾

This night was absolutely perfect. What started with a prom filled loose park, ended with fun in the flowers, sunshine and the absolutely perfect temperature. Her sneak peek alone had 62 photos, they were THAT good.

Hey guys!! I’m Kaley. I’m a 31 year old, Alani addicted, Taylor Swift obsessed, girl mama to the absolute coolest 4 year old on planet earth.

I’ve been photographing seniors since my junior year of high school, so just around 13 years!

Seniors have a really special place in my heart for so many reasons.

🫧 the first being that I was so freaking excited my senior year for my photos and even all these years later, I can still remember that day and all of the details about it. The nerves, picking outfits, doing my hair, the shoot itself, all of it. I know how important this time is for you and I honestly get emotional thinking about it. It makes me feel so honored to be a part of your year.

🌈 senior year is the last year of your childhood. It’s exciting, emotional, scary, fun, and so many other emotions. I remember my senior year being the year of memories. I remember the final games, the last sleepovers, the photos, crying in the driveway as my friends and I parted ways to start our adult life. I love getting to know you guys and watching you enjoy those final moments of being a kid.

🥹 lastly, as a mom now, I GET IT. I get why the portraits are important, not just for the student but for the parents. Seeing your little baby all grown up is something so special and I can FEEL it when watching my seniors with their parents. My god, the amount of times I’ve cried thinking about my kiddo graduating someday is unreal lol I love meeting your parents and watching them watch you in awe, so proud and so happy for you. It’s truly such a special thing for me to be a part of.

Aside from being emotional and in love with the senior process, I’m just a pretty normal person. I still love driving around with the windows down blasting music with my best friends, having girls nights, getting my nails done, going on trips, binge watching trash TV, and just being a girl.

I would love to be a part of your senior memories and be your forever cheerleader 🦋
